The Mercury 4hp outboard engine models are ideal for sailboat auxiliary power, small fishing boats, and tiny inflatables. Compact and lightweight, the Mercury 4 HP outboard engine model #4MH has a short 15-inch shaft, tiller steering, manual start, and full forward-neutral-reverse gears with twist-grip throttle. For true mobility, Mercury 4 HP models also have an integrated 1-liter fuel tank. It is quick and simple to add an additional fuel tank and line because the external tank connection is standard.
