Processing Order

Billing Errors

Please get in touch with us within 30 days of the transaction date if you think there is a billing error on your account or a problem with your payment. Any disparities will be looked at and fixed as soon as we can.

Taxes

Recurring Payments

You give My Auto Boats or the finance partner permission to handle recurring payments in accordance with the conditions specified in the financing agreement if you select a financing option that calls for them. It is your responsibility to make sure there are enough money in your account to cover the payment.

Refund

Please visit our Returns and Refund Policy page for details on our return and refund procedures. Refunds may take a few business days to show up in your account and will be handled in accordance with the guidelines specified in that policy.
