The first portable outboard motor with an ambidextrous tiller is this incredibly light motor. The Mercury Outboard Model 15MLH is a 20-inch shaft, 107-pound, 15-horsepower, manual-start outboard motor. Mercury outboard engines provide power and fuel efficiency that are above and beyond industry norms.
